Cris Schrader, P.E. Founder

Cris holds degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in both Environmental Engineering and Psychology and has completed graduate work at Columbia University in Building Construction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York with nearly a decade of engineering experience in civil and environmental engineering including environmental dredging, air monitoring and air emissions compliance, environmental, health and safety (EHS), solar electric, solar hot water, geotechnical investigation for large scale wind turbine project and civil site development.

Neil Pelone is the founder and principal of Neil Pelone Architect with over 12 years of experience in the architecture and design fields. Neil has worked with award winning design firms in New York City and the Capital District on projects in Germany, London, Chicago, New York City, the Adirondacks, and in the greater Albany area. Project experience includes hospitality, high end residential, multi-family residential, master planning, community planning and commercial offices. Over the course of his career, Neil Pelone has developed a reputation for forging strong relationships with his clients, resulting in contextual, innovative and inspiring designs.
